Exciting Opportunity for a Deputy Nursery Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our vibrant and award-winning nursery in the Kent area. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team and ensuring the smooth operation of the nursery. You will be responsible for covering for the Nursery Manager and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the nursery
  • Ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve the nursery's operations
  • Building strong relationships with parents and the local community

We are looking for someone who is passionate about early years education and has experience in a management role. You will be a strong communicator and team player, with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
