Production Operative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our team at Element Solutions Inc. As a key member of our production department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Follow production schedules and instructions from supervisors to meet quality and productivity standards.
- Carry out daily tasks in the production department, adhering to process instructions and quality control procedures.
- Work safely and efficiently to meet production targets and customer requirements, adhering to ISO standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance knowledge of production operations, health and safety, and quality control.
- Report any accidents or injuries to supervisors and ensure prompt first aid treatment.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping in production areas.
- Identify and propose improvements to manufacturing processes to enhance quality, cost, and yield.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packing environment is desirable, but full training will be provided.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic numeracy skills and ability to understand written instructions.
