About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Residential Property Fee Earner to manage the full spectrum of residential property fee-earning work for client files, from initiation to completion, unsupervised. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting matters on behalf of clients in accordance with our quality and risk management procedures, generating fee income, and ensuring proper control of time recording, billing, and cash collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage residential property fee-earning work for client files, from initiation to completion

  • Participate in business development and supervise colleagues
  • Engage in marketing activities to promote our services
About You

To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Conveyancer or Paralegal with a minimum of 3-4 years of fee-earning work. You must be efficient, well-organised, and timely, with excellent communication skills both in writing and face-to-face. You should be in tune with our mission statement and core values, and demonstrate a commitment to these principles. Proficiency in IT systems and software is essential for this role.
