About The Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a world-leading B2B coding and marking organisation, specialising in selling Videojet's services to our existing UK Installed Base spanning a wide range of industries. In addition to this, strengthen incremental equipment sales revenue growth with new and existing customers through phone-based qualification of marketing-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Value selling new service agreements, customer training, VideojetConnect Remote Service (VRS) and equipment upgrades from prospect and customer accounts and marketing campaigns.
- Opportunity funnel management - conduct weekly/monthly follow-up communications with supporting departments in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Renewing Service agreements.
- Retention and growth of existing contract and equipment base.
- Provide pre-sales support for opportunities that are in the funnel.
Requirements
- Proficiency with a CRM system (preferably), data integrity, and MS office applications – particularly MS Excel.
- Self-motivated with a high attention to detail and ability to multi-task whilst working in a fast-flowing sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full and valid driver's license is essential.
