The Role: Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Focus)
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Multi Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join our dedicated team. This role will involve providing essential maintenance support across our PFI contracts in North Essex, ensuring the smooth operation of critical building systems.
Your Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across both sites, adhering to strict schedules and procedures.
- Perform comprehensive inspections and repairs on a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment, including lighting systems, emergency lighting, sockets, air conditioning units, boilers, pumps, fire alarm systems, and security access control.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the LV Authorised Person for the contract, demonstrating a thorough understanding of HTM06-02 guidelines.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Possess relevant industry qualifications with proven experience in fault finding and planned maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and fabric systems.
- Demonstrate expertise in first-line response for all electrical and mechanical equipment, ranging from minor works to complex installations.
- Hold the following certifications or equivalent: NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, and 2391.
- Hold a full driving license.
