We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Fraikin Ltd, a leading provider of commercial vehicle contract hire, fleet management, and rental services. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting the development and production of customer operational reports, preparing variable recharge data for customer presentation and approval, and providing timely and accurate financial and operational management information to external and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Take fleet data and report on fleet information internally and externally.
- Prepare customer-specific reporting data, including breakdowns, defects, recharges, and analysis of contract movements month on month for specific customers.
- Ensure accuracy and contract adherence, and take responsibility for the completion of reports showing business performance against KPIs/Contract SLAs.
- Implement revenue maximization strategies and ensure correct financial coding when invoicing.
- Follow up and address data issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a well-organized and interactive approach with the business.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to challenge and seek patterns and connections between different data sources.
- Strong systems knowledge, including Excel – Pivot Tables, V Look up, and experience of presenting data using Business information tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
