About the Role
Vestas, a global leader in wind energy, is seeking a skilled Tooling Concept Specialist to join our dynamic Tooling Concept & Validation department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality blade production tools for our Vestas Blades projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Engineering Support to our Technology Transfer projects, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Prioritize Safety in our development, collaborating with HS&E colleagues and adhering to company policy.
- Develop Reliable Solutions with top performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct Risk Assessments using relevant FMEA tools, ensuring a proactive approach to risk management.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to drive project success, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Communicate Effectively with stakeholders, both written and spoken, in English.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
- Experience in Design, Development, and Commissioning of Manufacturing Equipment
- Proficiency in DFMEA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- EU Driver's License
- Strong Team-Oriented Skills with a commitment to high-quality deliverables.
