About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced PAM/IAM Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end joiner/mover/leaver processes, Active Directory, and Azure based administrations. You will also perform and report on internal audits, implement improvement measures, and meet IT function SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage End-to-End Joiner/Mover/Leaver Processes: Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding of employees, including managing access to company systems and resources.
- Active Directory and Azure Administration: Manage and maintain Active Directory, including Exchange and Azure based administrations, to ensure secure and efficient access to company systems.
- Internal Audits and Improvement Measures: Perform regular internal audits to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance security and efficiency.
- Meet IT Function SLAs: Ensure timely and effective resolution of IT-related issues, meeting or exceeding IT function SLAs.
- Project Work: Collaborate with the IT team to work on projects that improve the company's IT capacity and capability.
Requirements:
- Advanced PAM/IAM Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in PAM/IAM, with a strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
- PAM/IAM Tools and Techniques: Advanced knowledge of PAM/IAM tools and techniques, including CyberArk exposure.
- Collaborative Team Working: Proven ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical personnel, developing towards senior responsibilities.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a wide audience.
- Change and Continuous Improvement Mindset: A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
