Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Services Advisor to join our friendly sales team based in Yate, Bristol. As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Process customer orders, ensure accurate product information, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Liaise with colleagues to resolve customer queries and provide up-to-date product information.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the field sales team to co-manage customer accounts and communicate customer information.
- Stay up-to-date with competitor activity and promote new products to customers.
- Meet sales targets through effective up-selling, cross-selling, and maintaining existing product ranges.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Computer literate and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Good level of numeracy and English literacy skills.
- Friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Target-driven and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
