Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal to join our Family Law team at Revolution Recruitment Resources Ltd. As a Paralegal, you will provide administrative and legal support to our Solicitors, assisting with case management, client communication, and court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
  • Provide day-to-day assistance to the Family Law team, including updating clients on case progress and communicating with courts, experts, and agencies
  • Prepare bundles of documents for hearings and attend court as required
  • Deal with clients both in person and remotely, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Conduct legal aid assessments and applications, and manage client appointments and initial instructions
  • Assist with diary management, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Requirements
  • At least 12 months of experience working in a Family Law team
  • Experience of Case Management Systems and Laserforms
  • Experience of Legal Aid Agency Portal (CCMS)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
