About the Role

Compensation Details: Grade 5, £24,702 - £26,421

Work Hours: 37 Hours - Flexible

Main Work Location: Civic Offices, Barry and Agile Working

Contract Duration: Fixed Term for two years

In this role, you will be at the forefront of a dynamic team, playing a vital role in shaping the future of social care across the Cardiff and Vale region. This position provides a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting the attraction, recruitment, and retention of social care professionals essential to the well-being of our communities.

You will collaborate with various partners, including Social Care Wales, to advance key initiatives, as well as support the recruitment of social care positions through innovative projects aimed at enhancing recruitment and contributing to employee retention through strategic initiatives.

Your work will involve close collaboration with regional and national colleagues, establishing strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of the sector. This role transcends typical administrative duties—it's an opportunity to engage in impactful projects that support the social care workforce, ensuring we continue to provide exceptional services to those in need.
