Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plant Fitter to join our technical team at our Birmingham Depot. As a Plant Fitter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient maintenance, servicing, and testing of all plant equipment, while adhering to regulatory and safety requirements.

• Provide efficient maintenance, servicing, and testing of all plant equipment
• Ensure all regulatory and safety requirements are met
• Provide onsite support as required

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on plant equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
• Conduct thorough inspections of plant equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with business objectives

• Experience in machine and plant maintenance
• Full, valid driving license
• Certificates in Load All, Thermic Lancing, Gas Cutting, Fork Lifting, and PTS
• NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance
• RPA assessed
• Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships
