About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Director to join our established healthcare sector team, which is currently experiencing an exciting period of growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading junior team members, managing consultant teams and project stakeholders, and working with our regional lead to drive business growth by developing existing accounts and winning new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and maintain exceptional safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and project compliance standards.
  • Deliver key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.
  • Oversee project management of projects from inception to post-completion, ensuring successful delivery and meeting organisational and legislative compliance obligations.
  • Support the Operations Director and other senior stakeholders to influence long-term development of strategy for a function or Business Unit (BU), creating a sustainable business future.
  • Lead your team effectively, develop others to reach their full potential, and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to implement and manage programmes.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience of successfully delivering projects and programmes in the healthcare sector.
  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Experience of winning work and growing client accounts.
  • NEC4 ECC Project Manager Accreditation.
  • Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
