Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team in Kingston Upon Thames. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. This role involves collaborating with various departments to inform financial decision-making and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to inform business decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong financial reporting and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance, with the ability to ensure adherence to company policies
  • Experience with financial software, including XERO
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
