Main Responsibilities

  • To ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • To process client matters in a timely, cost-effective, and profitable manner.
  • To utilize correct office systems and procedures to manage cases effectively.
  • To collect outstanding disbursements and bill clients promptly.
  • To maintain professional standards and maximize the firm's potential to cross-sell services.
  • To compose correspondence and documents, including drafting contracts and transfers.
  • To liaise with outside agencies, including search companies and HMRC.
  • To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant areas of the law and attend training courses.
  • To respond promptly to client inquiries and attend to their needs.
  • To handle confidential files and information.
  • To accurately record time spent on client matters and complete risk assessments.
