**Job Summary**

Prime Personnel UK is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Finance Credit Analyst to join its Structured Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert credit analysis and advice on project finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough credit analysis on new project finance transactions and present findings to the credit committee.
  • Monitor existing project finance transactions and internal credit ratings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the documentation process of project finance transactions with the Bank's Legal team, ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Attend lender and stakeholder meetings to provide credit analysis and advice.
  • Research and produce various reports on new sectors, countries, and market trends to inform credit decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project finance credit analysis, gained within a banking environment, preferably in the Front Office team or as a Credit Reviewer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead deals and collaborate with the team and other departments.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
