We are seeking a qualified Veterinary Nurse to join our experienced and dedicated team, offering a unique opportunity for a full-time or part-time role with a focus on work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operations diary to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Take radiographs to support diagnostic procedures
- Monitor anaesthetics to ensure patient safety
- Care for inpatients, providing individualized attention and support
- Provide clinical advice to clients, offering expert guidance and reassurance
- Assist the veterinary and reception teams, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional patient care
Work-Life Balance
We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours, allowing you to tailor your schedule to suit your needs.
Our full-time Veterinary Nurses work 5 x 8-hour shifts per week, with the option to work part-time or full-time. We also offer:
- 4pm finishes 3 days a week
- No out-of-hours duties required
- 1:6 weekends with Time Off In Lieu (TOIL)

Vetisco is a single-site, small animal practice with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality care. We have invested in the latest equipment, including digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, and in-house Idexx machines.
