Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Burnworthy House. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Assist with medication administration and monitoring
  • Engage residents in activities and provide companionship
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement care plans
