About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Excellence Coach to join our team at MSX International Limited. As an Aftersales Excellence Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' dealerships in improving their aftersales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Improvements in Aftersales Key Performance Indicators
    • Work with Aftersales businesses within the Audi UK Network to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance workshop productivity.
    • Engage with management and staff to root cause areas of underperformance, agree action plans, and coach improved techniques in:
      • Customer Satisfaction
      • Customer Preparation and Technical Pre-Plan
      • Team Working and Communication
      • Process Improvement and Quality Management
      • Quality Control Processes and Analysis
      • Facilitating Sustainable Solutions and Continuous Improvement
    • Ensure Service Levels are Maintained
      • Consistently apply the coaching structure, using agreed analysis tools, and present a professional image to ensure service levels are maintained to the client.
    • Build Close Working Relationships
      • Develop a close working relationship with Audi UK Area Teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
    About You

We are looking for an individual with great interpersonal and analytical skills, who is passionate about the automotive aftersales industry. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Automotive Aftersales Experience
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aftersales roles, with a strong understanding of business KPI data and analysis.
  • Business Acumen
    • Good knowledge of business processes, including process improvement and quality management.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability
    • Flexible approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
