We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Apprentice to join our dynamic team at Ruby Energy. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality customer service and contributing to the growth and development of our business.

As an HR Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. You will work closely with our experienced HR team to provide support and guidance to employees and management, ensuring that our company culture and values are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including preparing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and creating new employee files.
  • Support employee relations by responding to queries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including training programs, employee engagement activities, and benefits administration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grades 4-9) including Maths and English.
  • Willingness to work towards CIPD Level 3.
  • Previous experience in an office or telephone-based environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
