Job Title: Clinical Negligence Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our clinical negligence team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse case load of complex clinical negligence cases from initial client interview to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent trade union members and private clients in complex clinical negligence cases
  • Progress cases to trial or resolution by ADR, handling all aspects of litigation
  • Conduct conferences with counsel and interlocutory applications
  • Income forecasting and prompt billing via our internal costs team
Requirements:
  • Qualified senior Lawyer with experience in running a varied multi-track clinical negligence caseload
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the success of the firm
