Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a professional and efficient HR administration service focused on customer satisfaction.
Main Duties:
- Oversee HR administrative functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency in service delivery.
- Continuously assess and refine HR administrative processes, proposing enhancements and efficiencies while considering all stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact for HR inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Manage multiple HR email accounts, filtering queries to the relevant team members.
- Maintain and update various HR information systems.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including changes to employment terms, TUPE, benefits, and pensions.
- Assist the broader HR team with various projects as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Payroll to report new hires, absences, changes, and departures.
- Generate reports from HR systems as required.
Candidate Profile:
