Job Overview

C&C Search is currently recruiting a highly skilled HR professional to join their team.

The Role:

Job Title: HR Associate

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Salary: Up to £55,000 (dependent on experience)

Benefits: Flexible working options, enhanced pension, private medical cover, and weekly office socials.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the HR team to deliver generalist HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
  2. Provide support to managers on HR-related queries, policies, and procedures.
  3. Assist with recruitment processes, including arranging interviews, managing candidates, and liaising with recruitment agencies.
  4. Oversee the implementation of HRIS systems, such as HiBob.
  5. Compile reports for the HR team and business as required.
  6. Contribute to other HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a HR Administrative role, preferably in the Financial Services sector.
  2. Knowledge of HRIS systems, including HiBob.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  4. Strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.
