Performance and Support Coordinator

Service Care Solutions is excited to present a rewarding opportunity for a Performance and Support Coordinator role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct performance evaluations to analyze data from diverse sources
  • Enhance processes for collecting business information
  • Create precise reports that assess performance across various sectors
  • Assist in business planning and reporting activities
  • Participate in meetings to exchange information and share best practices
  • Manage responses to complaints, inquiries from MPs, and Freedom of Information requests
  • Perform financial oversight and related processes
  • Handle administrative duties and sensitive information
  • Serve as the primary contact for inquiries
  • Remain updated on statutory obligations and departmental protocols
Qualifications and Experience
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Mathematics (Essential)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or Finance (Essential) or a relevant BTEC National Certificate
  • Enhanced DBS check required
