Performance and Support Coordinator

Service Care Solutions is excited to present a rewarding opportunity for a Performance and Support Coordinator role.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct performance evaluations to analyze data from diverse sources
- Enhance processes for collecting business information
- Create precise reports that assess performance across various sectors
- Assist in business planning and reporting activities
- Participate in meetings to exchange information and share best practices
- Manage responses to complaints, inquiries from MPs, and Freedom of Information requests
- Perform financial oversight and related processes
- Handle administrative duties and sensitive information
- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries
- Remain updated on statutory obligations and departmental protocols
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Mathematics (Essential)
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or Finance (Essential) or a relevant BTEC National Certificate
- Enhanced DBS check required
