Property Compliance Inspector

We are partnering with a Social Housing Association to recruit a Property Compliance Inspector for a three-month contract, with potential for permanent employment following this.

This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of up to £20.00 per hour via an umbrella company (inclusive of holiday pay). The start date is subject to notice.

Duties:

  • Logging remedial property compliance works to ensure the organisation's stock is compliant
  • Carrying out compliance checks within domestic properties and raising work orders if the housing is not in adherence with regulations
  • Completing Health and Safety checks on behalf of the organisation
  • Booking in compliance works and updating in-house systems when the works have been completed
  • Uploading relevant/required compliance certification onto IT systems following works/checks

Requirements:

  • Experience within property compliance
  • Full UK driving licence

Rewards and Benefits:

Working Hours:

  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible start finish times if required)
