Account Management Specialist

TPF Recruitment, a premier recruitment agency specializing in accountancy, is excited to present a unique opportunity for an Account Management Specialist to become part of a reputable and expanding chartered accountancy firm.
This position entails overseeing a varied portfolio of clients, including limited companies, sole proprietors, and partnerships. Responsibilities include the preparation of year-end and management accounts, along with personal and corporate tax submissions.
Beyond client management duties, this role offers a defined pathway to advance into a practice management role, collaborating closely with senior partners to assist in the strategic development and future initiatives of the firm.
Key Qualifications
- Possession of relevant qualifications or equivalent experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a UK accountancy environment is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the confidence to engage directly with clients.
- Experience in preparing year-end and management accounts, VAT, and corporate tax returns is essential.
Compensation and Benefits
- Attractive salary range (approximately £40,000 - £60,000) based on experience.

Additional Requirements
Candidates should be ACA/ACCA qualified or possess equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in a practice setting. Experience as a Semi Senior or Senior Accountant is advantageous, along with familiarity with software such as Iris and cloud-based platforms like Xero or Quickbooks.
