Key Responsibilities (training will be provided)
- Oversee property portfolio in compliance with industry standards
- Address client inquiries through various communication channels and take necessary actions
- Participate in client meetings and conduct regular property inspections
- Supervise contractor performance and manage maintenance concerns
- Prepare and oversee financial plans for properties
- Ensure compliance with property administration requirements
- Manage renovation and repair projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
Qualifications Required:
- Desire to cultivate a career in Real Estate
- Client-focused and personable
- Highly organized with effective time management skills
- Motivated to learn, grow, and advance professionally
- Residing locally or within a reasonable commuting distance
- Possession of a valid driver's license / vehicle (mileage reimbursement available)
