Position Overview:

The Facilities Coordinator will work closely with the Facilities Manager to deliver crucial support services, including property upkeep, sanitation, repairs, and maintenance initiatives to guarantee a secure working atmosphere for all personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within a dedicated team to uphold the organization's infrastructure
  • Execute scheduled maintenance, repairs, and evaluations
  • Perform fire alarm checks and emergency evacuation drills
  • Oversee building and grounds maintenance, utilities, and security measures
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
  • Assist the Facilities Manager in managing schedules

Main Duties Include:

  • Conduct inspections and maintenance of equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of checks and inspections
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Comply with ISO standards and Health & Safety regulations
  • Participate in training and development programs as necessary

Essential Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with construction industry standards
  • Excellent time management and communication abilities
  • Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Organized, resourceful, and detail-focused
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
