Payroll Officer and Pensions Officer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Officer and Pensions Officer to join our finance team at Reactive Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing company payroll on a weekly basis, calculating and recording statutory pay, and completing payroll reports for record keeping.

The role also involves calculating and recording annual leave payments, assisting with payroll queries, and providing support to the finance team. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £27,000 (FTE), hybrid working arrangements, and a range of benefits including onsite parking, flexible working hours, and 30 days annual leave (pro rata and inclusive of bank holidays).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process company payroll on a weekly basis
  • Calculate and record statutory pay
  • Complete payroll reports for record keeping
  • Calculate and record annual leave payments
  • Assist with payroll queries
