Job Opportunity: HR Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our established HR Team at Meridian Business Support in Exeter. This is a full-time Generalist HR role within a busy manufacturing facility, requiring a resilient and capable HR specialist with excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to the organisation and all employees, with a focus on Employment Relations (ER) case management, policy review, guidance, and advice.
  • Manage a varied and complex ER workload, providing up-to-date advice to all levels of personnel.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, delivering effective HR operational practice and demonstrating a track record of success.
  • Develop and maintain a sound knowledge and understanding of employment law, legislation, and statutory guidance, translating this into policy and practice.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience at this level, ideally with CIPD Level 5 qualification.
  • Experience working within a manufacturing, production, or engineering environment.
  • Professionally qualified, experienced, and highly motivated practitioner.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
