We are seeking a highly skilled PDI Technician to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our fleet distribution centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical advice and maintenance services to our clients' customers.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Advice and Service Delivery: Provide high-quality technical advice and maintenance services to ensure vehicles are in optimum working condition.
- Compliance and Safety: Work within relevant protocols to ensure compliance with legislation, company policies, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Record Keeping and Communication: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, and ensure effective communication with colleagues and customers.
- Culture and Development: Foster a supportive culture and commit to ongoing learning and development.
- Technical Expertise: Possess a full valid driving license, NVQ Level 2 or 3, or equivalent, and a minimum of 25 years of experience as an Automotive Technician in a fast-paced environment.
- Time Management: Demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively to ensure the completion of PDI and/or minor repairs on a minimum of 12 vehicles per day.
- Performance-Related Bonus: Earn over £1,000 per month through our performance-related bonus scheme.
