Search Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Therapy Specialist to become a vital member of our team.
The successful candidate will be committed to enhancing their professional expertise, thrive in a collaborative environment, and possess experience in supporting children with sensory challenges and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct screening and triage of referrals, ensuring a strengths-based methodology to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions tailored to the intricate care needs of children in the community.
- Engage in risk assessment and care planning in partnership with children, young individuals, and their families.
- Deliver specialized occupational therapy evaluations, guidance, and interventions to children, young individuals, and their families, managing a caseload of children with intricate needs.
- Oversee case management for a designated group of children and young individuals with complex, long-term conditions, utilizing and advocating for evidence-based practices.
Applicants should possess:
- Experience in Occupational Therapy within the UK.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check for both Adults and Children.
This role offers a hybrid working model, requiring attendance for three days a week during term time.
