As a Field Service Technician/Engineer, you will be part of a team that designs, commissions, and troubleshoots industrial equipment, including furnaces, vessels, and other thermal process systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer site situations, gather information, and create plans to remedy identified opportunities
  • Commission, tune, and troubleshoot a variety of combustion systems
  • Navigate through PLC and HMI programs, making program changes with supervision
  • Identify code compliance deviations and draft code compliance letters
  • Assign quotes, create project folders, estimate, generate proposals, JSA's, and project books for field services
  • Support external and internal sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Work experience with equipment troubleshooting or commissioning
  • Demonstrated hands-on mechanical and electrical system work
  • Understanding of reading drawings and developing BOMs for costing
  • Three years of experience in a related field or a combination of training and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial process control or directly related field
  • Associate degree in electrical, mechanical, or instrumentation technology
