Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough fire damper testing and inspection to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Perform ventilation hygiene assessments and cleaning services to maintain optimal air quality.
  • Monitor and sample indoor air quality to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures.
  • Fitting of access panels to ductwork to facilitate maintenance and inspection.

What We Offer:

We provide a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including a company pension, healthcare, accrued hours scheme, financial loyalty bonus, and a company van with expenses covered.
