Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Employment Specialists Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly successful and rapidly growing client in the Insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse activity data to identify trends and make recommendations to support business needs
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements
- Build and review complex data models to ensure accuracy and quality
- Compile findings into comprehensive reports for Management and stakeholders
- Promote and lead processes automation and self-serve solutions
- Advocate good data management practices and deliver a continuously improvement strategy
- Perform peer reviews to ensure quality and provide leadership to junior Analysts
Requirements:
- Strong experience of Power BI, Excel including VBA, and MS SQL
- Strong knowledge of data modelling, cleansing, and standardisation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability
- Ability to interpret requirements and present data in a clear and compelling way
- Accuracy and high attention to detail with a high level focus on quality
- Confidence to interact with people at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure, within tight deadlines
