Nixon Allen Limited is seeking a skilled Commercial Claims Handler to join our team due to growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling a range of commercial insurance claims, navigating the insurance claims journey from start to finish. You will support clients who have claims that may include Motor, Motor Fleet, Property, and Casualty claims.
You will guide policyholders through the process of submitting claims, logging all new notifications, and managing claims through to settlement. You will expertly liaise with Insurers to ensure a favorable outcome on behalf of the clients' interests.
A key part of the role will involve providing a responsive claims handling service, promptly addressing any queries and concerns related to customer claims.
Previous claims experience with a good understanding of general insurance is required for this position. You will act as a trusted advisor who can demonstrate high levels of customer service. Any experience of negotiation with insurers and resolving coverage disputes on behalf of the client would be an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
