We're seeking a talented Group Ecommerce Trading Manager to join our team and help take our online performance to the next level. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you'll work closely with the Head of E-Commerce to maximise sales, boost conversions, and ensure our websites run smoothly across the UK, EU, US, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and trading of our group websites, ensuring KPIs and sales targets are exceeded.
  • Analyse performance data, reporting on sales, conversion rates, traffic, and more.
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to optimise site performance and stock availability.
  • Oversee product launches and maintain high standards in product presentation.
  • Contribute to international growth, identifying opportunities in new markets.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in ecommerce trading.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with experience in platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
  • A team player with great communication skills and a passion for customer experience.
  • Ideal background in fashion/retail/consumer B2C.
