Academic Instructor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced academic instructor to join our team at Buckinghamshire College Group. As an instructor in our Inclusive Practice provision, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with students who have an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP). Your role will involve ensuring that their individual planning, preparation, recording, assessment, and reporting needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver innovative schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment schedules that motivate students to achieve.
- Plan and deliver highly effective learning programs for diverse groups or individuals in a safe and inclusive environment, while also ensuring students are stretched and challenged to reach their full potential.
- Address the individual needs of students and work creatively to overcome individual barriers to learning, both within and outside of the classroom.
