In the role of Head of Events and Marketing, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive management of our seminar and events initiatives, with a keen focus on driving new business prospects.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of seminars and events aimed at enhancing revenue streams.
  • Establishing and surpassing departmental objectives by managing existing events, innovating new event formats, and maintaining the event schedule.
  • Recognizing opportunities for enhancement and executing strategies to boost overall performance.
  • Collaborating with multiple departments and fostering strong relationships to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Evaluating event performance metrics, such as sales figures, conversion rates, and attendance statistics, to guide strategic decisions.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to your team, delegating tasks, and ensuring accountability.
  • Developing and reviewing promotional materials for seminars and events.
  • Reporting on event performance and updates to senior management.

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing successful seminars and events, particularly with a focus on business development.
  • Outstanding leadership capabilities with a talent for motivating, coaching, and inspiring a small team.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Confidence in presenting analyses and event results to senior management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
