About the Role:

As a Sales Manager at David Lloyd Leisure, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our network of clubs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to deliver exceptional results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including club managers and department heads
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive sales growth and revenue expansion

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
