About This Role
Are you passionate about crafting delicious meals and exceeding customer expectations? Do you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Chef de Partie at Grosvenor Casino, Aberdeen.
As a key member of the culinary team, you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Your Responsibilities:- Prepare, cook, season, and present casino menus according to established recipes and brand standards.
- Collaborate with your fellow chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Adhere to all HACCP and food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality control.
- Manage stock rotation (FIFO) and ordering procedures to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels.
- Actively seek feedback from customers and front-of-house teams to continuously improve menu offerings and service.
- Proven experience in a culinary or food preparation setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by business needs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
- Food Safety Basic Level 2 certification or actively pursuing it.
