Job Overview:

Nashrock Insurance Recruitment is seeking an experienced HNW Account Handler to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to clients by addressing inquiries, providing new business quotes, managing mid-term adjustments, and processing renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring compliance with our service standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients and insurer partners.
  • Respond to all inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Accurately document all information, communications, and records in our system.
  • Underwrite significant household risks within your personal underwriting authority.
  • Work collaboratively with the broader team to achieve business goals, including conversion rates, client retention, revenue generation, and maintaining loss ratio targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Property Owners, Household, Personal Lines, or HNW insurance.
  • Forward thinking and works on own initiative with first-class communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous use of our system is desired but not essential.
