We are seeking a strategic leader to join our team as Deputy Chief People Officer, responsible for shaping and driving the Workforce Strategy and Workforce Transformation Programmes.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the delivery and implementation of the Workforce Transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with national, regional, and local policies.
- Develop and implement an integrated approach to workforce planning, interpreting and anticipating policy changes.
- Lead and coordinate the Workforce Transformation team, developing comprehensive workforce metrics and performance indicators.
- Identify and mitigate performance risks, ensuring the ICS benefits from relevant innovations in healthcare.
