About the Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to join our team as Deputy Chief People Officer, responsible for shaping and driving the Workforce Strategy and Workforce Transformation Programmes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery and implementation of the Workforce Transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with national, regional, and local policies.
  • Develop and implement an integrated approach to workforce planning, interpreting and anticipating policy changes.
  • Lead and coordinate the Workforce Transformation team, developing comprehensive workforce metrics and performance indicators.
  • Identify and mitigate performance risks, ensuring the ICS benefits from relevant innovations in healthcare.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in senior HR or workforce management roles.
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
  • Experience of leading the development of strategies to support service and workforce transformation.
  • Flexible with the ability to handle rapidly changing and ambiguous environments.
