### Job Title: EAA Assessor

### Location: Peterborough College

### Job Type: Part-time / Temporary / Flexible Hours

### Salary: £26.75 per hour PLUS £3.23 per hour holiday pay. Total Hourly Rate: £29.98 (Goes up after 12 weeks)

### Role Overview:

As an EAA Assessor, you will play a crucial role in assessing students' eligibility for exam access arrangements, ensuring fair opportunities for all learners. You will work closely with students, staff, and external agencies to make sure individual needs are met and compliance with relevant regulations is maintained.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct assessments for exam access arrangements in line with JCQ guidelines.
* Provide recommendations for students requiring special arrangements (e.g., extra time, readers, scribes).
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and SEN departments.
* Ensure all documentation and evidence is accurately maintained and updated.

### Requirements:

* Qualified specialist assessor (e.g., Level 7 in assessing specific learning difficulties).
* In-depth knowledge of JCQ regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for supporting learners and promoting inclusion.
