Air Conditioning Chiller Service Engineer Position

Job Overview

We are currently working with an established Air Conditioning contractor who have been operating for over 40 years designing, installing, maintaining, and servicing air conditioning and chiller equipment throughout the UK. They employ over 45 mobile engineers and are looking for a Chiller Service Engineer to come onboard in the South West area covering service and maintenance works.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Travel to sites around the South West and M4 corridor area servicing small, medium and large chiller systems at commercial sites such as offices and RAF bases.
  2. Have experience working on different types of compressors such as Scroll, Recip and Screw and experience of Tubocor compressors would be an advantage, though not essential.
  3. Operate a call out rota, but this is only 1 in 8.
  4. Participate in a quarterly bonus scheme based on company performance and access to the company lodge for 1 week a year at no cost.

Requirements

  1. Experience servicing and maintaining air conditioning chiller systems.
  2. F Gas 2079 Cat 1.
  3. Ability to work on centrifugal compressors (ideally Turbocor).
  4. Full UK Driving Licence.
  5. Refrigeration, AHU, Air Conditioning experience (desirable but not essential).
