CBW Staffing Solutions is currently in search of an Air Conditioning Technician to perform both scheduled and urgent maintenance tasks across a commercial contract. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Facilities Management and a verified history in commercial property maintenance.

This role is perfect for an Air Conditioning Technician currently in a comparable position who is eager for career advancement. In return, the company offers a competitive salary of up to £43,600 along with potential pathways for further professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Your primary responsibilities will include servicing and maintaining split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and all HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
  • Electrical expertise would be advantageous.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building services is essential.
Work Hours & Benefits
  • Base Salary of up to £43,600
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 25 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays
  • Overtime opportunities available
Qualifications
  • AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2
  • Essential refrigeration knowledge
  • Chiller experience is required
  • F-Gas certification is mandatory
  • Ability to provide copies of trade qualifications
  • A proven history in commercial property maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Client-facing experience
