Construction Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of various contracts on-site. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage on-site activities, including staff, subcontractors, and logistics.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and standards.
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to relevant parties.
- Monitor project progress and compile reports in line with established timelines.
- Maintain communication with the Project Manager on all operational updates.
- Resolve any site issues and report discrepancies to the Project Manager.
- Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are available as needed on-site.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and clients.
- Perform additional duties as required by management.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in site supervision within the construction industry.
- Valid driving license.
- Experience in site supervision on social housing contracts.
