** Previous experience in Food Production is MANDATORY **
We have two permanent roles available, with shifts either being 4 on 4 off from 6pm to 6am (Nights) OR Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm/2pm to 10pm.
**TWO DISTINCT POSITIONS WITH DIFFERENT SHIFT OPTIONS - 6pm-6am OR 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm**
Compensation:
6pm-6am - £28,285.28
6am-2pm/2pm-10pm - £29,693.28
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to uphold and enhance Health & Safety protocols, addressing concerns as needed.
- Ensure compliance with established operating standards during product preparation.
- Oversee and guide supporting operatives, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Maintain precise process documentation and monitor performance, reporting any issues to engineers or Team Leaders.
- Conduct initial investigations into any arising issues, utilizing judgment and initiative to uphold quality standards.
- Provide operational support as required.
