Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Belfast Real Estate team. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, and acting as the key client interface.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management commissions, ensuring successful delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality targets.
- Act as the key client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to the required standards.
- Plan and manage project governance, processes, and systems to ensure effective project delivery.
- Monitor and apply performance management techniques to improve project performance.
- Manage project finances, including monitoring and advising on project costs.
- Ensure the production of formal project progress reports and other documentation.
- Interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
Marketing and Business Development
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities.
- Work with Associate Directors and Directors to construct bids for new work.
- Attend client pitches and ensure project case studies, photographs, and project CV files are up to date.
Qualifications and Experience
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality project management services across the full project lifecycle.
- Professionally qualified (MCIOB/APM or similar) and degree or HNC level qualification.
