Job Summary:

Linkit Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Rigging Supervisor to join our team for a circa 4-month project in the heavy industry sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the installation of pipework on an industrial site
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including CCNSG Card and SSSTS / SMSTS certifications
• Lead a team of riggers and coordinate their work to meet project deadlines
• Monitor and control costs, including overtime and bonus payments

Requirements:

• Proven experience in heavy industry, including power stations, refineries, and steelworks
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including night shifts and weekends
